Sound & Vision's dedicated customer services team are proud to deliver an approachable, quick and efficient customer-focused service. We are here to help in the unlikely event of a fault, loss or damage to your purchase.

We are keen to maintain a long-standing relationship with our customers, and in order to promote loyalty we treat each query with the attention it deserves. In order to sustain a high level of customer service, we have implemented an online technical help area and fault reporting form.
If you experience a problem with your product, please check our Technical Information page first to see if your problem is listed. If the problem is not listed or the advice does not work, please complete the Fault Form. We cannot help until we receive the form, and require that the problem is officially logged first.
Once the fault form has been received we will contact you regarding the service procedure for your particular item. We intend to make this process quick and easy, and our aim is always to resolve it to the customers’ satisfaction.
