Sound & Vision offers fast, efficient and effective delivery on all products ordered through our website.

Delivery Times

On all large television orders - LCD televisions (over 35kg, typically 42" or above) and certain plasma screens, we specify that once the sale details and any outstanding financial paperwork have been processed, we aim to deliver within 10-14 working days. If you have not heard from our couriers (VBA Logistics) within 5 working days from your paperwork being processed, please ring them on 0845 337 4170 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

For smaller items, under 10kg, next day delivery is available if the required item is in stock and ordered before 12pm.

For all other orders, please expect delivery to take up to 10 working days from the date that your order was processed. If you have any queries concerning the delivery or the sale of your product, please call 01204 861 861 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Delivery Areas

The delivery of all products in stock will be completed as a door-to-door service in mainland UK only. We have previously experienced problems when delivering outside of mainland UK and as a consequence currently do not offer the facility to deliver abroad.

Sound & Vision prices include free delivery to most of the UK. Delivery to some areas may incur a surcharge on some items. This is calculated from your postcode before you check-out.

Delivery Partners

To accomplish our aim of giving customers the most efficient delivery possible, we incorporate the use of four different delivery companies into our services.

VBA Logistics

Large LCD televisions (over 35kg, typically 42" or above*) and certain plasma screens with the exception of the TX-P37X10 & TX-42PX10.

These large items are sent out to customers using our own two man bespoke delivery company.
* 42" LCD TVs that are 35kg or less are delivered by Target.
Once the sale details and any outstanding financial paperwork have been processed, we aim to deliver within 10-14 working days. Your delivery will be confirmed by a phone call 48 hours prior to delivery and you will also receive a courtesy call one hour before the actual delivery will be made. Target (part of Initial City Link)

LCD televisions (between 26" and 40") and Panasonic TX-P37X10 & TX-42PX10.

Once the order has been processed by Sound & Vision, you should receive a confirmation mail and the item will be collected for delivery. We aim for all items sent via Target to reach the customer within 3-5 working days. Please ask about our next day service (this is dependent on time of ordering).

Initial City Link

Small items - DVD recorders, digital cameras, camcorders and LCD televisions (26" and under).

Once the order has been processed, you should receive a confirmation mail and the item will be collected for delivery. We aim for all items sent via Initial City Link to reach the customer within 3-5 working days. Please ask about our next day service (this is dependent on time of ordering).

Royal Mail

Very small items - tapes, CDs and speaker wires.

Once an order with only small items has been processed, items are sent out by First Class mail with the aim of reaching the customer within 3-5 working days.
